All final warranty and replacement decisions are made solely by the official OXVA after-sales team.

  • Normal wear and tear, improper use, unauthorized modification, or damage caused by external factors are not covered under warranty.

  • Pod cartridges and other consumable parts may have limited warranty coverage depending on usage conditions.
