Home Delivery (UPS & GLS):

  • All orders are delivered directly to your address (home delivery).
  • Carriers will send delivery updates via email or SMS.
  • In some European countries, the recipient may need to be present at home for successful delivery.
  • Please ensure your name, delivery address, phone number, and email are correct.

Important:

  • If the recipient is unavailable or does not respond to carrier notifications, the parcel may be returned (in some cases without redelivery or pickup option, depending on local service).
  • If a package is returned due to customer-related reasons (such as absence or incorrect contact details), a €20 handling and return fee will be deducted per order. The remaining balance will be refunded.
