Order Processing

Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number by email, allowing you to track your package online.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees include packaging, handling, and postage costs. Fees may consist of a fixed portion and a variable portion depending on your order total.

Tip: We recommend combining your items into a single order to avoid paying shipping fees for multiple orders.

We take extra care in packaging your products. However, we are not responsible for damage caused by carriers.

MONDIAL RELAY / Colis Privé Notes:

  • Customers must pick up their package within 2~5 days (depend on your country) of arrival at the relay point.
  • Packages not collected and returned to us will incur related handling and shipping fees deducted from any refunds.
Note: Orders to the EU are usually delivered without additional charges. Any local taxes or customs duties, if applied by authorities, are determined by the destination country.

Delivery & Notification Reminder

To ensure successful delivery, please carefully check emails and SMS notifications sent by the carrier. Timely checking your email and phone messages is very important for receiving your package.

UPS Home Delivery:

  • During the delivery process, UPS will send notifications by email or SMS with delivery updates. Please closely monitor your UPS tracking information.
  • In some European countries, UPS requires the recipient to be present at home for successful delivery.
  • Please ensure the recipient name, delivery address, phone number, and email address provided are correct.
  • If a package is returned due to customer-related reasons (such as absence, incorrect contact details, or failure to respond to UPS notifications), a €20 handling and return fee will be deducted per order. Any remaining balance will then be refunded.

MONDIAL RELAY / Colis Privé Pickup Service:

  • If you choose MONDIAL RELAY, your order will be automatically assigned by the logistics system to one or more available relay (pickup) points near your delivery address.
  • Once the package arrives at the relay point, Mondial Relay will notify you by email or SMS to remind you to collect your parcel.
  • Packages must be collected within 2–5 days, depending on the destination country.
  • If the package is not collected within the required timeframe, it will be returned to us.
  • If a return occurs due to customer-related reasons, a €20 handling and return fee will be deducted per order, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

If you encounter any delivery issues or require assistance, please contact us by email as soon as possible so we can help coordinate with the carrier.

  • Your order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
  • If you select MONDIAL RELAY, your order will be delivered to the pickup point near your delivery address.
  • Please double-check your address before completing payment.
